• All sales are final and cannot be canceled once processing begins.
  • This is a personal use item that comes in contact with the skin, and therefore, returns cannot be accepted. 
• Orders cannot be modified once placed as Paypal does not allow us to access your payment information for your security.   
• All discrepancies or items damaged in transit must be reported within 24 hours of receipt via email to orders@htpaint.com.   Please include your order number and pictures of the incorrect or damaged item(s). 
• If your order is being shipped anywhere in the state of Kentucky, 6% sales tax will be applied to your order. 
• If your order is being shipped outside of the state of Kentucky, it is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with the sales tax regulations in his/her state in regards to an online purchase received from out of state.

Domestic Shipping 

Estimated transit times are 5-6 business days for the East Coast and Midwest via Fed Ex Smart Post.

Estimated transit times are 5-10 business days for the West Coast via Fed Ex Smart Post.

Estimated transit times are 7-14 business days in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and APO Boxes via United States Postal Service.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Fed Ex International Mail Service.  With this service, we ship to a sorting center, where all shipments to your destination country are combined and flown by Fed Ex to your port of entry.  From there, Fed Ex will clear your shipment through customs and your shipment will be turned over to your local postal service for delivery to your destination address.  The estimated transit times are a wide range because they are entirely dependent on how quickly your country’s customs agents will clear the shipment. 

The receiver is responsible for all applicable import duties and taxes required by your country at the time the shipment is received. Estimated transit time is 4-6 weeks depending on customs clearance timeframes.
